Skill Required :

a.   Candidates Must Possess At Least Bachelor’s Degree In Any Field From Reputable University (2,3,4)

b.   Candidates Must Possess At Least Bachelor’s Degree In Architectural Engineering Study Program From Reputable University (1,6,7)

c.   Candidates Must Possess At Least Bachelor’s Degree In Civil Engineering Study Program From Reputable University (5)

d.   At least 2 years of working experiene in reputable developer company, contractor or consultant especialy in high rise building and mixed used projects (1,2,4,5,6,7)

e.   Strong capabillities in computer program such as AUTOCAD, SAP2000 ETABS (1,5,6,7)

f.    Strong capabillities in computer program such as ms. Office word, excel and power point (3,4,6)

g.   Supervise and manage shopping mall operations include property management, tenant management customer service, contract service such as facility management, cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.

h.   Good looking and service oriented (2,3,4)

i.    Good communication, administration, presentation skill, multi-tasking, and can work under pressure (2,3,4,5,6,7)

j.    Dynamic and target oriented (2,4,5,6,7)

k.   Will be placed in Batam
